Nightmare Quotes

Are you wondering why I would do a blog on nightmare quotes? Perhaps you would prefer that nightmares didn’t exist? They occur to alert us to what we are repressing or fearful of; to learn more about why we have bad dreams, please read the blog Nightmares are a Gift. Below you will find twelve quotes including two from my book Learn the Secret Language of Dreams.

  1. Pamela,
    I liked the blog.
Nightmares are a collection of our fears, and they can also be so much more. The trick is to learn from them. Sometimes it is easier said than done.
But as long as we dream, we will also continue to have nightmares.
I use both of them for inspiration

    All the best.
    Anthony T. Hincks

  2. I have night terrors. Caused from the PTSD I brought with me from my childhood. Night terrors are NEVER rewarding or wanted, only expected, which takes the need for sleep unpleasant.

    1. Thank you for your brave comment, Sarah. PTSD dreams can be very upsetting, yet these types of dreams occur to help you “heal” from the trauma. Am I correct in assuming that you have worked or working with a trained professional to help you heal, since you know why you have these dreams? If not, please find someone with training in this area. The only time I help someone interpret these types of dreams is when they have proof they’re in therapy. Sarah, I will keep you in my prayers. In case, anyone is reading this and wondering if you’re having PTSD dreams, please read the two posts I have on this topic. https://learndreaminterpretation.com/category/ptsd-dreams/
