How the Going Within Circle Works
Each circle lasts up to 75 minutes. We begin with a short meditation. Then I’ll do a brief lesson, which we discuss and practice. Or if the group has another need, we’ll focus on that. For a better circle, I encourage interaction and participation.
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month at 11 am Eastern Time for 75 minutes on Zoom. This will accommodate a wide range of time zones. Please click to find your time zone.
Circle Bylaws
- Treat others with kindness
- Participate in the circle
- Don’t monopolize the circle
- Do NOT use alcohol or drugs before the circle as this interferes with your abilities, and might be disturbing to others
- Respect where others are in their spiritual development
- What happens in the circle stays in the circle
