We have more opportunities to have spiritual experiences of love and oneness since our planet is now in 5D. However, it’s possible to have them in 3D and 4D. But first, here’s a definition of the different dimensions from Perplexity AI:
- 3D: Learning individuality, responsibility, and basic life lessons.
- 4D: Awakening, healing, and reorienting from fear to love; oscillating between old and new ways of seeing.
- 5D: Stabilizing in unity consciousness, compassion, and intuitive living; seeing all states as part of one bigger journey.
To learn more about this, please visit Perplexity AI and check out the sources where they got their information.
FYI, not everybody has reached a 5D state. People in 5D might flip-flop back to 3D and 4D depending on the circumstances in their lives.
Signs of Spiritual Experiences of Love and Oneness
It’s often hard to put into words, yet I’ll do my best to explain each.
Oneness
There’s a feeling of being connected to everything while having an awareness of being you. It’s like time and space don’t exist.
Love
Please note, this isn’t romantic love nor regular love for another person or yourself. This is love that’s beyond earthly love and is also hard to put into words.
How These Occur
These are six ways to experience oneness and ultimate love, and it occurs when you least expect it.
- Meditation
- Nighttime dreams
- Nature (sitting or walking)
- Yoga or another physical activity
- Present moment
- Deep Pain
I’m sure there are other methods to feel this love and oneness. For instance, someone who had a near-death experience (NDE). I do NOT recommend attempting an NDE because there’s no guarantee you’ll come back!
Pamela’s Spiritual Experiences of Love and Oneness
My first experiences with love and oneness happened in the 90s when Earth was stabilized in 3D. Although some of us could experience glimpses of 4/5 D.
Love
It was the early 90s when I had a dream. Or was it? Someone pulled my hair while my head was facing right. I felt terrified because nightmares had plagued me for months. Summoning up the courage, I turned my head.
There was my mother. Our eyes connected, which ignited this overwhelming, beautiful love. Words can’t explain it, and I’m not sure how much time had passed.
The next morning, I awoke with the sense that my mom had passed. Thankfully, she didn’t. My sister called a day later to ask if I wanted to visit our mom. Of course, I did, as I knew the dream was a sign. That visit brought me a sense of peace and closure before my mom passed a week later.
Oneness
Again, these two-incidences occurred in the early 90s. The first one was down the shore in New Jersey. I was standing in the ocean enjoying the water and view when I became one with everything. I was a part of the water, sky, beach – everything.
My second experience was at the Tourne in Boonton, New Jersey. The view from the top was worth the walk up the huge hill. There was a large boulder that was my favorite to sit on, so I sat down to rest. Again, there was the feeling of being connected and a part of the boulder, the trees, the grass – everything…
In each occurrence, time and space had no meaning. It was a beautiful feeling. When it was over, I felt awed.
